Objective:

  • There are too much informations featured at the home page.
  • The top navigations (blue bar) and left navigations (yellow bar) are not organized.

Who: Secondary, ITE & JC students, parents & teachers (Both Singaporean and foreigners).

How:

  • Survey
  • Interview
  • User testing (through prototype)
  • Video recording (record their steps by steps reactions towards the site)
